We work with incentive houses, event departments and tour operators that need an operational partner in Iceland: transportation, accommodation, activities, dining and on-site coordination, with one local point of contact.
What we coordinate directly
As an inbound operator we operate the ground portion of the program in Iceland.
Airport and group transportation
Staggered arrivals, daily movements and departure transfers coordinated through our Iceland transport network.
Accommodation coordination
Room blocks, rooming lists and hotel communication throughout the program.
Activities and incentive experiences
Selection and booking of experiences according to season, conditions and group profile.
Guides and hosts
Spanish- or English-speaking staff for movements, activities and split groups.
Restaurants and group dining
Coordination of bookings, menus and timings for group meals in Reykjavík and on the road.
Program logistics and timing
Movement sequencing, realistic buffers and an alternative plan when weather forces a change.
Local operational support
Local operational support during the program, in direct contact with the agency.

The destination does much of the work. Our job is to choose what is genuinely operable on those dates and with that group.

Geothermal bathing and steam fields close to Reykjavík, usable as a day closer or a program reward.
Glaciers and south coast
Glacier landscape and black coast as a stage for incentive activity, always subject to conditions and local operators.
Highlands in season
Interior routes accessible only in certain periods and with the right vehicle; confirmed subject to road openings.

Culinary experiences and group dinners with local produce, coordinated with restaurants in Reykjavík and on the road.
Northern Lights in season
From autumn to winter we plan night viewing windows; the aurora is a natural phenomenon, not a guaranteed service.
